Meet the Founder
Dan entered the energy industry in 1994 at Commonwealth Edison as an Associate Account Manager. Within two years he was promoted to Account Manager, serving as the primary point of contact for some of ComEd's largest commercial and industrial customers.
When Illinois deregulated its electric markets in 1997, Dan transitioned to the unregulated retail side of the business with Exelon Energy, a subsidiary of Exelon Corporation. Over the next seventeen years he negotiated and executed hundreds of energy transactions for his customers — electricity, natural gas, renewable energy, and demand response programs.
In 2014, Dan founded Fixed Energy LLC, bringing his 30-plus years of industry and supply-side expertise to the customer's side of the table. Dan and the Fixed Energy team advocate solely for their customers — securing the best energy deal that optimizes and balances price and risk to meet each customer's financial objectives.
Dan's career is defined by a strong work ethic, securing the best energy deal for every customer that balances price and risk, building long-term customer relationships, and providing exceptional customer service — before and after the deal.

He now brings that supply-side expertise to the customer's side of the table. Based in the Florida office.
Senior Authorized Agent
Matt is a Senior Authorized Agent at Fixed Energy LLC, supporting clients with energy market analysis, supplier evaluation, and contract review. He works with commercial and industrial clients to identify the energy products and pricing structures that best align with their needs. Based in the Illinois office.
